Vauxhall Motability

What is Motability?
Motability is a charity which helps disabled people of all ages to get around. It does this by helping them to use a component of their Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS) to lease or buy a car. For details of the vehicles in the Vauxhall range that are available on the Motability scheme, please visit the Motability pages on the Vauxhall Web site which can be found by clicking here.

How can Monorep Help?
Monorep are proud to be a Motability accredited dealer. We have Motability specialists at both our sites in Hayes and Norwood Green Southall. We provide a complete "one stop shop" for our Motability customers including sales and servicing. If you would like further information please contact our Sales Departments.

Hillingdon Shopmobility

Monorep works closely with the Hillingdon Shopmobiity to raise awareness of disabled people in our area, and help to provide independence via motoring.  Shopmobility is a charity that provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to anyone with limited mobility enabling them to access the leisure and shopping facilities in Uxbridge town centre with complete ease and independence.

It's easy with Motability! At Monorep You choose the car, we do the rest

How does it work?
Step1: choose a car online or by visiting one of our Branches (Norwood green, Southall and Yeading lane ,Hayes)
Step2: order your car at the branch.
Step3: pick up your car!

Once you've picked up your car we'll keep in touch with you via Lifestyle magazine, we'll send you your tax disc each year and call
you to book your MOT at the end of your lease.

If you receive the Higher Rate component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement, getting a
new car is easier and more affordable than ever.

Through Motability, you simply turn part or all of your allowance into the car of your choice.
No waiting lists. No credit checks. No assessments required.

Choose from two ways of getting a car: Contract Hire or Hire Purchase.

The most popular option is worry-free Contract Hire

. A new car of your choice every three years.
. Insurance and personal accident cover for named drivers and passengers.
. Servicing and maintenance by your Motability dealer.
. Full breakdown assistance from the RAC.
. Annual tax disc sent directly to your home (except in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man).
. 60,000 miles mileage allowance over three years.
. Free replacement tyres fitted.
. Window or windscreen replacement at no extra cost
. One-stop customer helpline.
. Help with transport (where possible) when you car is being serviced or repaired.

Our worry-free policy continues right to the end of your three year contract with a seamless transfer to your new car.

You might prefer Hire Purchase if you:

. Require expensive vehicles or adaptations.
. Plan to cover high mileage in your car.
. Want to own a car and use the motability allowance to pay for it.

If you choose Hire Purchase, you negotiate the actual purchase price at the branch.
With Hire Purchase, you will also be responsible for organising and paying for comprehensive insurance, breakdown recovery, tax
disc and servicing and repairs.
If you choose to buy a car with a Hire Purchase agreement, it is normally expected that you will be receiving the allowance for the
full length of the agreement.
