Meet the Service Team

Jason Kiefer: Service Manager

Jason has many years experience in the motor trade industry, qualifying as a Vauxhall Service Technician first, before progressing to the other side of the counter.  Jason joined Monorep as a Workshop Controller in May 2003, and was quickly promoted to Workshop Manager and most recently Service Manager.  Jason is a skilled cricketer, which is on the back burner at the moment as  Jason and his partner Dawn are busy looking after their new baby boy.

   

Stuart Wright: Service Manager (Norwood Green)

Stuart, who embraced his love of cars just after learning to walk and talk, embarked on his career in the motor trade in 1997.  Having progressed through the ranks with Vauxhall, he recently joined Monorep as Service Manager at Norwood Green.

Stuart is a keen golfer, enjoying all elements of the game, including the social gathering at the 19th hole!!

Javed Butt: Workshop Controller

Javed started in 1986 as a Technician and in 1992 was made Workshop Controller.  After a short gap in service, he came back in 2001 as Service Adviser and then took over as Workshop Controller at Norwood Green when Mahesh was transferred to Hayes.  Javed is a keen golfer playing off a handicap of 13, lucky for some and unlucky for others.

Mahesh joined Monorep in July 2001 at Norwood Green, and was poached by our Hayes branch some years ago!  

Deborah Jones : Service Advisor

Deborah Jones joined Monorep in 1990 as our Receptionist.  She was soon given the opportunity to move into the Service Department and can be found on the front desk, or ‘back of house’ organising the drivers and taking bookings.  Her excellent customer care skills lead to one of the first 100% scores for a Vauxhall mystery shop scenario. 

 Bernadette Cronin: Service Advisor

Having joined Carringtons in 1994, Bernie stayed with Monorep when we bought the site and redeveloped.  Bernie has many years motor trade experience, including Bodyshop.  She is a keen gardener and enjoys all things Italian.

Denise Kenworthy: Service Advisor

Denise joined in April 2007, and  has quickly built up a good rapport with the customers, and says coming to Monorep was a welcome challenge.  Denise has recently moved into her own house and is busy making it her own.

Sarah Fisher: Service Advisor

Sarah recently joined us as an experienced Gold level Vauxhall Service Advisor.  She has moved back locally, after having spent five years in East Sussex   Sarah enjoys interior design and holidays with her partner and family.

Karen Kemp: Service Administrator

A busy mum of two, Karen returned to part time work in October 2005 when she heard about a vacancy from her Sister-in-law, Service Advisor Deborah Jones.  She has gone from strength to strength, increasing her hours recently to help out with more general administration for the company as a whole in the afternoons.  

Hamid Mohebzadeh: Yardman

Hamid started with Monorep in 2000, and is valuable in keeping our yard organised and orderly, helping customers park with ease.  When happened first joined his English was limited, but now you cant stop him talking!  He is a very proud father of two young children.
