Yes. Introduced on 14th January 2005, the new FSA rules provide comprehensive guidelines designed to protect the consumer when buying insurance products. Among the many advantages of the new regime you will find you are given clearer information about general insurance policies. This enables you to be able to compare insurance policies more easily, with clear information on any significant and unusual exclusions, understand the nature and cost of the policy that you are buying and have access to the Financial Ombudsman if they have a complaint and to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if firms go out of business. Please contact us for details or visit www.fsa.gov.uk.

Why do many of your new car prices include a Finance Deposit Allowance (FDA)?
At Monorep, we're constantly looking at new ways to ensure our customers always pay the lowest possible price. Sometimes, in addition to our normal discounts off the Manufacture’s Recommended Retail Price (MRRP), we will also include the FDA saving in the advertised price. The FDA saving is the amount that the Manufacturer will pay towards your finance deposit when you choose to finance on certain Finance plans.
Please note that the FDA amount shown cannot normally be used in conjunction with 0% finance offers and the FDA amount varies according to make and model.
Do you take part-exchanges?
Yes. If you are considering part exchanging your current vehicle we are able to provide you with a quote. We use three criteria in valuing your vehicle 1) General Condition 2) The unused mileage 3) Supply and Demand. What is a Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) Finance Plan?
A PCP allows you to finance a car but at lower monthly repayments than traditional Hire Purchase or Personal Loan. With traditional methods of purchasing a car your payments are based on having to repay the entire cost of the car equally over the period of the agreement. However with PCP you are able to defer a proportion of the cost of the car as a Final Payment which is payable at the end of the agreement. A Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) is set based on the car's estimated value at the end of the agreement, which will be equal to the Final Payment.
If I'm not financing the vehicle through Monorep, what are the payment methods available?
We accept payment on the day of collection / delivery in the form of Building Society cheque, Bankers draft or debit transfer. If a vehicle is being delivered we will require this at least one working day before delivery. The maximum cash sum that we can accept with prior notification is £9,999 in respect of any one transaction. The maximum we can accept on Credit Card is £500 (except GM Card). Any amount above this will incur a surcharge of between 1.5% and 3.5%. Private cheques can be accepted but delivery will be delayed until funds have been transferred to us (normally 10 working days). Please make all cheques payable to Monorep Limited.
Can I choose additional extras on the car I want?

Pre-owned and all other new cars can be fitted with all the available dealer fit options at discounted prices. Our consultants will be happy to discuss any questions that you may have.
