Meet the Service Team
Jason Kiefer: Service Manager Jason has many years experience in the motor trade industry, qualifying as a Vauxhall Service Technician first, before progressing to the other side of the counter. Jason joined Monorep as a Workshop Controller in May 2003, and was quickly promoted to Workshop Manager and most recently Service Manager. Jason is a skilled cricketer, which is on the back burner at the moment as Jason and his partner Dawn are busy looking after there energetic little toddler.

Javed Butt: Workshop Controller Javed started in 1986 as a Technician and in 1992 was made Workshop Controller. After a short gap in service, he came back in 2001 as Service Adviser at Norwood Green. Javed is a keen golfer playing off a handicap of 13, lucky for some and unlucky for others.

Karen Kemp: After sales Administrator Karen returned to part time work in October 2005 when she heard about a vacancy from her Sister-in-law, Service Advisor Deborah Jones. Karen’s job role has increased in recent months and she now works full time. Karen has 2 grown up children and likes socialising with her sister in law Deborah. Karen has recently completed a 45 mile bike ride in aid of the Princes trust. |

Mahesh Topiwala: Workshop Controller Mahesh joined Monorep in July 2001 at Norwood Green, and was poached by our Hayes branch some years ago! |

Bernadette Cronin: Service Advisor Having joined Carrington’s in 1994, Bernie stayed with Monorep when we bought the site and redeveloped. Bernie has many years motor trade experience, including Bodyshop. She is a keen gardener and enjoys all things Italian, and has recently semi retired to be able to spend more time with her grandchildren. |

Deborah Jones : Service Advisor Deborah Jones joined Monorep in 1990 as our Receptionist. She was soon given the opportunity to move into the Service Department and can be found on the front desk, or ‘back of house’ organising the drivers and taking bookings. Her excellent customer care skills lead to one of the first 100% scores for a Vauxhall mystery shop scenario. Deborah enjoys going out with friends and travelling.

Nicky Mckay : Business Development Manager Nicky McKay joined Monorep as a switchboard operator in 1993, and was promoted to service advisor soon afterwards. Nicky left in 1998 to pursue a different career, but was unable to resist the lure of the family business and returned in January 2008. Nicky's new role is Business Development Manager and she works closely with the service managers, as well as our Managing Director, David, in order to maintain & improve our high standards of customer service. Nicky is married to Jason, and both are sports fanatics (particularly football) They both enjoy travelling & spending time with their family and friends. Nicky is also a keen horse rider. |

Jas Sandhu : Service Advisor Jas Joined Monorep in Febuary 2010 . Jas has worked for both Volkswagon and Bmw as a service advisor and has several years experience within the motor trade. Jas enjoys watching football and is a keen Liverpool supporter he also likes to keep fit . |
